KARACHI AIRPORT BUILDING (crescent and star facing north west)






          The Pakistan government decided that Crescent and star should face north-west instead of north-east. The position of the crescent and star appearing in the Pakistan postage stamps was, therefore, suitably altered.










          Above stamps with denominations and colours:
  • 3a. Green, (Perf. 13½ x 14).
  • 10a. scarlet, (Perf. 13½x14).
